A typical day
On a typical day, if I'm working from home, I start with a 30-minute to hour walk and a light workout. I stay focused throughout the day and walk again after dinner. When I'm in the office, I make sure to stretch in the morning and enjoy an evening stroll. Weekends are for longer runs/walk or attend classpass bookings.
